What overnight follow-up is for
A quote that waits until someone has a free hour is a quote the traveler is shopping against. Follow-up calls are how the desk stays in that conversation without hiring another person to dial.
This is not the first call to a brand-new lead. That first dial is speed to lead. Quote follow-up is the list of trips already priced, still open, and not yet booked.
What the traveler and the advisor each get
The traveler gets a call about the quote they already asked for. If they want an advisor, the call is transferred with a spoken summary. If they do not, the advisor does not spend the morning on a cold dial.
Every one of those calls writes the name, the trip, the transcript, and the next step into Zoho CRM, or into the CRM you already run. The next morning starts from the record, not from a notebook.
What it does not try to do
It does not invent a close rate, and it does not take payment on the call. Balance reminders and deposit timing are confirmations and deposits. Card numbers stay off the open line.
The same outbound line can run the first dial, the quote list, deposit reminders, and win-back calls. You choose which of those is in the brief. Outbound is the overview.
Questions agencies ask
Does the agent close the booking itself?
It works the quote list and books the conversation an advisor needs to have. Advisors keep the trips that need a person. We do not publish a close rate for quote follow-up.
Where does the quote have to live?
Zoho CRM is where most agencies we meet already work, so we start there. If your quotes live in another CRM, we connect to that instead.
Will it call people who already booked?
Quote follow-up is for open quotes. Confirmations, balances, and travelers who went quiet are separate briefs: deposits and win-back.
How long until this is on our numbers?
A focused outbound agent is usually live in two to three weeks. You hear it and sign off before it dials.
