About

An agency that builds AI phone agents for travel agencies

Travel agencies lose bookings in two places: the call nobody could answer, and the lead nobody had time to call. Closing those two gaps is all we do.

Why we focus on travel

Travel still gets sold on the phone. A traveler calls when the office is closed, or while an advisor is deep in an itinerary. A new lead comes in from the website and sits until someone is free. Each one that waits is a trip that can be booked somewhere else, and most owners never see how many.

So the work is phone only, for now, and it is for travel agencies. Inbound agents answer the number the traveler already dials, including after hours. Outbound agents call the new lead within seconds, follow up on open quotes, remind on deposits, and reach travelers who went quiet. Both write the name, the trip, the transcript, and the next step into Zoho CRM, which is where most agencies we meet already work. If the CRM is a different one, we connect to that instead.

Your advisors keep the trips that need a person. When a traveler wants one, the call is transferred with a spoken summary. We build the agent, put it on your numbers, and keep it current as your hours, packages, and handoffs change. You hear it and sign off before it takes a call. A focused agent is usually live in two to three weeks. Broader work, with multiple numbers, languages, and CRM write-back, typically takes four to six.

By the time most agencies call a new lead back, the traveler has already heard from someone else, or stopped looking. Michael Huynh founded Voyqen to close that gap.

His outbound agents call within seconds of a lead coming in, from a Meta ad, a web form, or a list. The agent qualifies the traveler, books time with the team, and writes the conversation into the CRM the agency already uses.

What we will not pretend to be

An answering service that takes a message. A self-serve platform you have to configure. Or a company with a public rate card. The quote follows whether you need inbound, outbound, or both, and how many lines go live. That is spelled out on pricing.

The measured outbound campaign we publish is Industravel, on the case studies page. How call audio and transcripts are handled is on security. The week-by-week version of going live is how long an agent takes.

If you have a number that rings and a lead list that should be dialed, that is the whole brief.

Answer every call.
Call every lead.
