What gets written
Four things, the same ones named across the site: the traveler’s name, the trip details, the transcript, and the next step. That is true for inbound calls and for outbound calls. Mornings start with a file, not a voicemail pile or a sticky note.
A field-by-field walkthrough of the same write-back is in what a call writes to Zoho.
If Zoho is not the CRM you run
Salesforce, Meta, and Slack are connections Voyqen supports, along with Zoho. Zoho is the one described field by field here, because it is where most agencies we meet already work. When Salesforce is the CRM on the account, the call can write the same four things there. Meta and Slack are supported too. This site does not publish a separate field list for those two. HubSpot, or another CRM, is connected on request.
Access to CRM records is limited to the integration and the credentials you authorize. The security page and the privacy policy cover who owns the audio, the transcript, and the CRM record: your agency.
What the connection does not replace
The CRM record is the log. The trip that needs judgment still goes to an advisor, transferred with a spoken summary. The agent does not ask a traveler to read a card number. Deposits stay in the payment tools you already trust.
CRM write-back is part of why broader work takes longer. A focused inbound or outbound agent is usually live in two to three weeks. Multiple numbers, languages, and CRM write-back typically take four to six.
Questions agencies ask
Which fields are written?
Name, trip details, transcript, and next step. We do not publish a longer field list than that.
Do you connect to Salesforce, Meta, and Slack?
Yes. Those are real connections, along with Zoho. Zoho is the one this page describes field by field. Salesforce can take the same call record when it is the CRM on the account. Meta and Slack are supported, without a separate field list on this site.
Do we have to move off our current CRM?
No. Zoho is the default because it is the CRM most agencies we meet already use. If you run a different one, we connect to that instead.
Who can see the transcript inside Zoho?
Your agency owns the CRM record. Access on our side is limited to the integration and the credentials you authorize. Retention of audio and transcripts is the period we agree with you.
Does the write-back happen after the call?
It is written before anyone hangs up. That is the standard we describe for both inbound and outbound.
