What the quote is built from
Two things we already use to price the work: which direction the agent covers, inbound, outbound, or both, and how many lines go live. A desk that only needs after-hours answering is a different project from one that also wants new leads called in seconds.
Inbound is the answering side. Outbound is the calling side. Most agencies we talk to feel one of those gaps first. The quote follows the gap you actually have.
What makes the work larger
A focused inbound or outbound agent is usually live in two to three weeks. Broader work, with multiple numbers, languages, and CRM write-back, typically takes four to six. That is a timeline, not a price list, and it is the same timeline on how long it takes to go live.
Your part up front is a few hours with whoever actually runs the phones: how you greet, which trips you hold, when an advisor takes over, and which CRM the record should land in. You hear the agent and sign off before it goes on your numbers.
What we will not put on this page
A dollar range. We do not publish one. Anyone who needs a number sends the brief through contact, and the quote comes back from that brief.
We also stay on the account after go-live. Hours, packages, and handoffs get updated by us. There is no separate price listed for that here, because this page does not list prices at all.
Questions agencies ask
What does it cost?
We quote per project, based on whether you need inbound, outbound, or both, and how many lines go live. Tell us how your desk takes calls today and we send a clear quote.
Is there a monthly price on the site?
No. There is no public rate card and no published range. The quote is written from the brief.
Do we have to set this up ourselves?
No. We build the agent, put it on your numbers, connect your CRM, and keep it updated after go-live. Your part is a few hours up front.
What changes the timeline?
A focused agent is usually live in two to three weeks. Multiple numbers, languages, and CRM write-back typically take four to six.
