Four things land in the CRM before anyone hangs up

What an AI phone call writes to Zoho CRM

A Voyqen call is not finished when the traveler says goodbye. It is finished when Zoho CRM, or the CRM you already use, has the name, the trip details, the transcript, and the next step.

The four fields we actually name

Name. Trip details. Transcript. Next step. That list is the same on inbound calls, outbound calls, and the FAQ. We do not describe a longer mapping on this site, and this guide will not invent one.

The product page for that connection is Zoho CRM write-back. Outbound and Inbound both end in the same record.

If the system is not Zoho

Most agencies we meet already use Zoho, so that is where we start. If yours is different, we connect to the one you already run. The record is still the name, the trip, the transcript, and the next step.

Your agency owns that record, the audio, and the transcript. How long we keep audio is the retention you set. Security is the short version. The rest of the library is under guides.

Questions agencies ask

Is the transcript stored, or only a summary?

The transcript is one of the four things we say gets written, along with the name, the trip details, and the next step.

When does the write happen?

Before anyone hangs up. The morning starts from the file, not from a voicemail pile.

Can we keep using a CRM that is not Zoho?

Yes. Zoho is the default. Another CRM is connected on request.
