What the few hours are for
We sit down with whoever actually runs the phones. How you greet, which trips you hold, when an advisor takes over, and which CRM the record should land in. We write the agent from that. Your part is those hours, not a software rollout.
That is also why pricing is quoted per project. The same facts that set the timeline set the quote: inbound, outbound, or both, and how many lines go live.
What “live” means
Live means the agent is on your numbers, travelers still dial the number they know, and each call writes into the CRM. It does not mean you are left to maintain it. Hours, packages, and handoffs get updated by us after go-live.
Inbound and Outbound can go live on their own. Doing both, across more than one number, is the broader end of the four-to-six-week range. Questions start at contact. The guide index is here.
Questions agencies ask
How long until you are on our numbers?
A focused inbound or outbound agent is usually live in two to three weeks. Broader work typically takes four to six.
What do you need from our desk to start?
A few hours with whoever runs the phones: the greeting, the trips you hold, when an advisor takes over, and which CRM the record should land in.
Can it go live before we have heard it?
No. You hear the agent and sign off before it takes a single call.
Who updates it when our hours change?
We do. We stay on the account after go-live.
